via Tapinto.com Chatham Borough Clerk Tamar Lawful wrote the resolution celebrating National Black History Month and was asked by Mayor Thaddeus Kobylarz to read it into the record during Monday evening's virtual Borough of Chatham Council meeting.

Chatham resident Judy-Ann Hargrove accepted the resolution during the Zoom meeting on behalf of the Morris County chapter of Jack and Jill of America, an organization "dedicated to nurturing future African American leaders."
