MCJJ Senior Teens Perri Easley and Connor Kirk have been selected to serve on the Junior Board of Cornerstone Family Programs (CFP), the parent organization to the Neighborhood House. The Junior Board is comprised of motivated and ambitious high school students who have a common goal of contributing to the success of CFP's mission: strengthening communities by helping people build better lives.
The Junior Board's purpose is to educate peers about the importance of CFP, promote volunteerism for CFP, and raise funds for CFP by planning an event. As a result they will further strengthen their leadership skills, network with non-profit professionals and other students, and have a positive impact on the community.
Both Perri and Connor were selected from a highly competitive pool of applicants representing public and private schools throughout Northern New Jersey.
MCJJ is proud to have two outstanding students serving on the Junior Board. Congratulations Perri and Connor.
